		<description>I am a CSA and used to sell Long Term Care policies. I believe that anyone who can qualify should have coverage. The main reason people do not have the insurance is that it is an added cost (sometimes expensive) and they do not want to or cannot pay for it.
I now only do Reverse Mortgages. As you noted, both are great options to help seniors with long term care issues. I would only add a third option:
purchase a long term care insurance product and pay for it with a Reverse Mortgage.</description>

		<description>Amen, you don&#039;t have to go on fad diets to actually lose weight...People are too consumed with Star magazines new diet plan that will help to lose 15 lbs in 10 minutes. 

I especially like the &#039;lighter alternative&#039; option, I started doing this and it&#039;s shaved a ton of calories, fat and unnecessary sodium out of what I eat. And it taste nearly the same over time.
