Attending the Brisbane Boot Camp is not about losing weight but you probably will lose some. The reasons for this amazing weekend is to let those who take the course spend two days learning how much they can actually accomplish. Those who do go through the Brisbane bootcamp workouts experience find out that they can endure far more than they ever thought possible.
Creating a memory that will last for years and that will continue to inspire for years is the purpose. The boot camp training is designed to offer assistance to each participant that will help them push pass their limited idea of what they can handle and let them see firsthand how much they can really do.
The mission statement of the boot camp at Brisbane states that they will provide the most difficult experience as they possibly can. The intention of this is to inspire a memory that will continue to inspire for years to come. The purpose of the trainers is to encourage and assist the participants to be able to go beyond their comfort zone. This is intended to create a belief in yourself and with that belief you will be able to successful.
Once you have made it through the weekend boot camp you will know what you can do and understand the strength that you actually possess. This weekend is not for the faint of heart or the diva. During the duration of the weekend, in a mere two days time, the participants complete a full ten, one to two hour sessions of intense training.
Each one of the ten training sessions will be both mentally as well as physically challenging and will send the participant beyond their supposed limits. The trainers will assist the participant in a variety of events and give instructions on the correct methods of doing the different physical events.
Some of the activities will encompass pushups, running, and problem solving, climbing mountains and then jumping off, things that will be pushed and pulled and carried. The activities will be individual or as a part of a team effort. The most important part of the activities will be that your fears will be overcome. Inside each of us is a fighter and this adventure will put you in direct communication with your inner fighter.
The mental potentials of each person plus their physical capability will reach its highest peak. The participants will be staying in a cabin or a dormitory kind of situation or in some cases a tent. The weekend package will include a full assessment of your fitness level, good food and lots of water, a Brisbane boot camps t-shirt, all the training sessions and full access to the equipment plus when you have successfully completed the boot camp weekend you receive a Certificate. Dinghies will be available for hire as well.
