It’s Day 12…The Half Way Mark on My HCG Diet

I’ve been reading more diet reviews. It makes me feel better about the things that are tough for me; because they’re repeated over and over. One thing that I see repeated a lot in the diet reviews for HCG is that you should just try to stay home. The programs aren’t very long so it’s kind of feasible. And I absolutely agree that I’m much more likely to successfully complete the day if I am home when it’s time to eat. It’s my Day 12 on the diet. I’m in the midst of a 25 day program (homeopathic HCG through HCG Diet Direct). And I’ve got Lisa, a friend of mine, doing the diet with me simultaneously. We’ve got a side bet going to add some extra inspiration to do well! And I always like to win…

Getting Moving on HCG Tomorrow: Article 12

I start the HCG diet tomorrow. I’m going to do it for 25 days; that’s the plan, anyway. I’ve done my research and I think I’m good to go. I’ve got the basics I need to complete the HCG protocol diet. I got my HCG Diet Direct homeopathic HCG weight loss formula. I ordered an additional vitamin supplement that I thought sounded especially helpful called B-Total Sublingual. I pressured a friend into doing the diet with me with a side bet as additional motivation. And I’ve already gone through the HCG protocol diet booklet that came with the product so I’ve got the rules down.

Well it’s happened. I forgot to weigh myself this morning. Remember how I told you that I’m a forgetful type of person? Well, I warned you. This is the first time I forgot during the course of the HCG therapy, though. So that’s not too bad.

Article 13: First Day on the HCG Diet

I started the HCG diet today. I’m following the homeopathic HCG protocol for 25 days. I’m working with HCG Diet Direct’s program and products. The first day wasn’t too bad. I actually really quite enjoyed it. But just to be clear…I haven’t had to start the low calorie dieting part of it yet. Loading is the only requirement on the first 2 days of the diet.

Adjusting the Basics

Some people like Diet Coke. Some people don’t notice the difference between Fat Free Mayonaisse and regular. Some don’t even notice the smell of freshly baked cookies straight from the oven when they walk in the front door of their own home. But these people aren’t normal! Never try to fool yourself into thinking that a lack of taste buds, or the inability to take pleasure in the world around you through all five of your senses is the norm.
